收費與退款政策

以下方案與規範依據本平台的使用條款所訂定,請於使用前詳細閱讀。如有疑問,歡迎聯繫客服。

一、訂閱方案 (Pricing Plans)

本平台提供三種訂閱方案,分別為 StandardPremiumPro。所有訂閱皆為 月付費,並採用自動續訂機制 (auto-renew)。若欲取消自動續訂,請於下一次扣款日前於帳戶後台辦理取消。

1. Standard (免費)

  • 月費:NT$0

  • 可上架空間數:最多 3 個

  • 每個空間可上傳圖片:最多 5 張,建議尺寸 3000×3000 像素

  • AI Agent:不包含

  • 標準用戶可另行訂閱「AI Agent 週訂閱服務 (NT$30/週)」

2. Premium (NT$199 / 月)

  • 月費:NT$199

  • 可上架空間數:最多 10 個

  • 每個空間可上傳圖片:最多 8 張,建議尺寸 3000×3000 像素

  • AI Agent:不包含

  • 若需使用 AI Agent,可與 Standard 相同方式單獨訂閱 (NT$30/週)

3. Pro (NT$599 / 月)

  • 月費:NT$599

  • 可上架空間數:無限制

  • 每個空間可上傳圖片:最多 8 張,建議尺寸 3000×3000 像素

  • AI Agent免費內含,無須額外付費

二、付款方式與自動續訂

  • 付款方式:可使用信用卡、金融卡或其他本平台指定的電子支付方式。所有訂閱均於每個計費週期(每月)自動續訂並扣款。

  • 提前終止:若會員於合約期中欲終止服務,需依照本平台規定流程辦理,並可能收取 NT$500 作業費(詳見使用條款)。

三、訂單取消與退款政策

本政策適用於使用者預訂「共享空間」的交易。請注意,以下僅摘錄重點,完整細節以使用條款為準。

訂單取消(下訂者端)

  • 如需取消訂單,請於「空間交付時間(預訂開始時間)」72 小時前提出申請,可獲得全額退款。

  • 若於 72 小時內申請取消,需提供重大傷病或空間未交付證明;經本平台審核後決定退款比例。若無法提供有效證明,本平台不承擔任何退款責任。

空間提供者交付義務

  • 空間提供者若因不可抗力無法於訂單開始前正常交付,應於 72 小時前通知本平台並提供證明。

  • 本平台保留最終解釋權,若證明無效,空間提供者可能須自行承擔相關後果。

解釋權

  • 本平台保留本政策之最終解釋權。


注意: AI Agent 週訂閱的取消與退款,請參考使用條款中「AI Agent 服務」相關章節。如在週期中途取消,當週已繳金額不予退還。

四、平台抽成 (僅向空間提供者收取)

抽成比例:

  • 本平台向「空間提供者」收取 27% 的平台服務費,並不向下訂者收取任何額外費用。

結算與匯款時間:

  • 平台在用戶下訂時,會先向下訂者收取訂單全額。

  • 每筆訂單完成後,本平台於每月底進行交易結算,並於次月 15 日(或最近可行工作日)將扣除 27% 服務費後的款項匯入空間提供者指定之帳戶。

  • 若因金融機構系統故障或不可抗力原因導致延遲,本平台不承擔任何法律責任。

正確帳戶資訊:

  • 空間提供者需確保其銀行帳戶資訊正確。若因帳戶錯誤導致無法匯款或延誤,本平台不負任何損失賠償責任。

Pricing & Refund Policy

The following plans and regulations are established based on the platform’s [Terms of Use]. Please read them carefully before use. If you have any questions, feel free to contact our customer support.

I. Subscription Plans

We offer three subscription plans: Standard, Premium, and Pro. All plans are billed monthly and set to auto-renew by default. If you wish to stop the auto-renewal, please cancel via your account dashboard before the next billing date.

Standard (Free)

  • Monthly Fee: NT$0

  • Maximum Spaces Listed: 3

  • Images per Space: Up to 5 images (recommended size: 3000 × 3000 px)

  • AI Agent: Not included

  • Standard users can subscribe separately to the “AI Agent Weekly Plan (NT$30/week)”

Premium (NT$199/month)

  • Monthly Fee: NT$199

  • Maximum Spaces Listed: 10

  • Images per Space: Up to 8 images (recommended size: 3000 × 3000 px)

  • AI Agent: Not included

  • If you need AI Agent functionality, you can subscribe to the weekly plan (NT$30/week), the same as Standard users

Pro (NT$599/month)

  • Monthly Fee: NT$599

  • Maximum Spaces Listed: Unlimited

  • Images per Space: Up to 8 images (recommended size: 3000 × 3000 px)

  • AI Agent: Included at no additional cost

II. Payment Methods & Auto-Renewal

Payment Methods: Credit card, debit card, or other electronic payment methods designated by this platform. All subscriptions automatically renew monthly.

  • Early Termination: If you wish to cancel your subscription before the contract period ends, you must follow our specified procedures and may be charged an administrative fee of NT$500 (see the [Terms of Use] for details).

III. Order Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy applies to users booking “shared spaces” through the platform. The highlights below are for reference only; please refer to the [Terms of Use] for full details.

Order Cancellation (Booker)

  • To cancel a booking, please apply at least 72 hours before the space handover time (the scheduled start time) to receive a full refund.

  • If you cancel within 72 hours of the start time, you must provide valid proof (e.g., serious illness or non-delivery of the space). The platform will review and determine the refund percentage. If no valid proof is provided, the platform assumes no refund responsibility.

Space Provider Delivery Obligations

  • If the space provider cannot deliver the space due to force majeure, they must notify the platform at least 72 hours in advance and provide supporting documentation.

  • The platform reserves the final right of interpretation. If the proof is deemed invalid, the space provider may bear the resulting consequences.

  • The platform reserves the final right of interpretation of this policy.

Note: For cancellations and refunds related to the AI Agent weekly plan, please refer to the “AI Agent Service” section in the [Terms of Use]. If you cancel mid-week, the already-paid amount for that week is non-refundable.

IV. Platform Commission (Charged Only to Space Providers)

Commission Rate

  • The platform charges a 27% service fee to space providers and does not charge any additional fees to bookers.

Settlement & Remittance Timeline

  • When a user makes a booking, the platform collects the full order amount from the booker.

  • After each booking is completed, the platform finalizes transactions at the end of each month and transfers the remaining amount (minus the 27% service fee) to the space provider’s designated bank account on the 15th of the following month (or the nearest business day).

  • The platform assumes no legal liability for delays caused by financial institution system failures or other force majeure events.

Accurate Account Information

  • Space providers must ensure the accuracy of their bank account information. The platform bears no responsibility for losses or delays resulting from incorrect account details.
