SpaceShare currently operates in Taipei City and continues expanding regionally to serve additional cities and communities. Our goal is to make shared spaces more accessible nationwide.

  • Do I need an account to browse and book spaces?

You may freely browse available spaces without logging in. However, an account is required to place a reservation, manage bookings, and access secured features such as payment processing and digital entry permissions.

  • How does SpaceShare ensure trusted and secure transactions?

SpaceShare integrates verified identity processes, secure payment systems, and automated digital access permissions to safeguard both guests and space providers. Compliance measures and continuous monitoring help maintain a reliable and transparent rental ecosystem.

Booking & Reservations

  • How do I search for and book a space?

You can browse and filter spaces directly on SpaceShare. Once you find a suitable option, simply select your desired date and time, confirm the booking details, and complete payment through the SpaceShare app. After confirmation, your reservation details and access instructions will be saved in your account.

  • What happens after I complete a reservation?

After a successful reservation, the SpaceShare app provides your booking confirmation, access information, and any required instructions for using the space. Notifications and reminders will also be sent prior to your scheduled time to ensure a smooth experience.

  • Can I modify or cancel my booking?

Booking modifications and cancellations depend on each provider’s policy, including timing restrictions or applicable fees. You may review and manage your reservations in the SpaceShare app. If assistance is needed, our support team is available to help.

  • What if I need to extend my booking time?

If the space is available for additional hours, you may extend your booking directly through the SpaceShare app. Extensions are subject to real‑time availability and applicable pricing. We recommend planning ahead to secure the required duration.

  • What should I do if I cannot access the space at the start of my booking?

If you experience any access issues—including smart lock entry—please first review the access instructions provided in the SpaceShare app. If the issue persists, contact our support team immediately for real‑time assistance to ensure minimal disruption to your reservation.

Pricing & Payments

  • How is the rental price calculated on SpaceShare?

Rental pricing is determined by each space provider based on hourly rates, space type, location, and available amenities. The total amount is clearly displayed before checkout, ensuring transparency throughout the booking process.

  • What payment methods are supported?

The SpaceShare app currently supports major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, and JCB), as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. As we expand internationally, we will introduce additional global payment methods to support wider usage.

  • When will I be charged for my reservation?

Your selected payment method will be charged once the reservation is successfully confirmed in the SpaceShare app. A digital receipt will be issued and accessible in your account for reference.

  • Are there any additional fees I should be aware of?

SpaceShare enforces a strict refund and cancellation policy. Cancellations must be submitted at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled start time to qualify for a refund. Fees may apply for late cancellations, modifications, or damages depending on the provider’s terms and usage conditions. All applicable fees will be shown prior to completing the reservation.

Access, Safety & On-Site Use

  • How do I access the space after booking (e.g., smart lock)?

Most spaces on SpaceShare support automated smart access through the SpaceShare app, including digital entry credentials such as smart locks or access codes. Some locations may use alternative access methods depending on the facility. All necessary instructions will be provided in your booking details to ensure a smooth arrival.

  • What should I do if something is damaged in the space?

If you discover damage or any irregularities before or during your booking, please report the issue immediately through the SpaceShare app. This ensures proper documentation and helps prevent responsibility disputes. Additional fees may apply if damages occur during your use of the space.

  • Are there rules for using the space (noise, equipment, capacity, etc.)?

Yes. Each provider may define specific usage rules regarding noise levels, maximum capacity, equipment handling, cleaning requirements, and other operational guidelines. These rules must be adhered to at all times and are available within the SpaceShare app before finalizing your reservation.

  • How do I verify my identity or business as a space provider?

Space providers may complete an identity or business verification process to enhance trust and security on the platform. Required documentation may include legal business information, identification materials, and relevant space compliance details. Verification helps ensure a safer rental environment for all users.
